Step 3: As instructed, go through the installation process till you get to the "Where do you want to install Windows?" screen.

Step 4: Above the "Next" button, click the "Drive options (advanced)" link. If you have partitioned Lenovo's hard drive into different disk drives like Disk C, Disk D, and Disk E, you can select the partitions you want to delete, and click the "Delete" link. Confirm your decision when asked and wait for the partition to finish deleting. Repeat this process for all the partitions you want to remove.
